Pacific Rim Project Able to Proceed

Plans to build an ethanol plant in Moses Lake, Wash., were revived this month, according to an article published in the Spokesman Review (Spokane, Wash.) June 19. The project, which would turn barley and wheat into ethanol, had been stuck in a court dispute pitting Pacific Rim Ethanol's plans against concerns of the Central Washington Building and Construction Trades Council. The sides reached a deal this month and Pacific Rim Ethanol will now attempt to line up investors, the newspaper reported.
