N.D. group moving forward ethanol plans

Supporters of a third ethanol plant in North Dakota s Duane Dows, chairman of Dakota Renewable Fuels group hoping to build a third ethanol plant in North Dakota has said that project is moving forward as planned. Organizers plan to choose a construction company and engineering firm early next month and then pick a site for the plant. In March, the committee would hold informational meetings for farmers, with a membership drive to follow sometime this summer, he said.
