Kansas producers to discuss state of ethanol industry

The future direction of Kansas' ethanol industry will be at the center of a statewide discussion this month. Greg Krissek, director of operations for the Kansas Corn Commission, said ethanol production and interest are reaching "all-time highs in Kansas." A seminar entitled The Kansas Ethanol Workshop: Fueling Opportunities in Kansas; Focusing on Utilization and Production will be held Jan. 23 in Topeka.
