A group of nonprofit organizations has created a bioenergy "wiki" that will allow users to share information on the rapidly changing bioenergy industry. A wiki is a Web site that allows nearly anyone to enter and edit information on that site, says Suzanne Hunt, who represents Worldwatch Institute on the Web site's administrative board. The Web site,, has sections where users can upload information on policy, feedstocks, events, publications and many other topics. The site is open to the public, and at press time, there were 217 pages of information on the site. Hunt said she hopes people in the biofuels production industry will take the time to share their expertise with others, including policy-makers and the public.
