Since our foundation in 1999, we have gained extensive experience that includes more than 160 projects in over 40 countries. Our track record in industrial by-products and waste is extensive, from potato producers, slaughterhouses to sugar and ethanol. Starting from biogas plant in in Rio Cuarto Rio, Argentina (operational since 2018) that processes 135000t/a of thin stillage from corn based ethanol production, Krieg & Fischer Ingenieure GmbH has shown that anaerobic digestion offers a proven solution for ethanol industry. For our work on an integrated biogas and bioethanol production plant in Rio Cuarto, we received the AD & Biogas Industry Award 2020.
