A&B Process Systems is expanding one of its plants in Stratford, Wis., to meet the needs of its customers in the growing ethanol industry. A 21,000-square-foot addition to one of four facilities the company operates will be used to fabricate equipment. With more space, A&B's fabrication process will become more efficient, company officials said. The new addition is slated to be completed by May. Companywide, A&B is adding approximately 60 new positions to fill openings for welder/fabricators in its Stratford facilities, as well as welder/fitters for its traveling installation crew.
