Aventine Renewable Energy Holdings Inc. announced in October that it will execute new marketing agreements with Midwest Ethanol Producers LLC (MEP) for three new proposed 100 MMgy ethanol plants. The three facilities are slated for Blencoe, Iowa; Arapahoe, Neb.; and Elm Creek, Neb. MEP previously announced intentions to build two other 100 MMgy plants in O'Neill and Holdrege, Neb.
