The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising the production team and processes to ensure safety, quality, and productivity while supporting the Company’s policies, goals, and objectives.  Essential Job Responsibilities: Supervises the production process in accordance with policies and procedures.    Responsible for the effective use of materials and equipment.  Continually improves quality, reduces cycle time and costs.  Supervises and mentors’ production staff, providing direct technical support and leadership.  Overseas and/or conducts training of new or existing employees.  Develop and recommends improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.    Reinforce a safe culture that promotes an injury-free workplace and assures a safe working environment in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.  Effectively communicates with management keeping them informed of developments as they occur.  Monitors the usage of utilities to ensure efficiency of operations.  Responsible for performance management of all assigned employees.  This may include: performance reviews, goal-setting, production goals, career development, succession planning and disciplinary action.  Supervises technical staff on a day-to-day basis, implementing policies and procedures, evaluating and training staff.  Responsible for “on call, first call” status at all times unless arrangements are made otherwise.  Prepare, review, approve and distribute instructions for the production of intermediates or APIs according to written procedures  Review all production batches and ensure these are completed and signed  Make sure all production deviations are reported and evaluated and that critical deviations are investigated, and conclusions are recorded  Make sure that production facilities are clean and when appropriate disinfected  Responsible for following food safety regulations and company policies is essential to ensure the integrity of our food-grade production processes.

Maintenance Manager Location: Aberdeen, South Dakota Position Overview The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and supervising maintenance staff while working closely with the Plant Manager, Production Manager, Lab Manager, and other leadership team members. This role ensures optimal plant performance through effective maintenance planning, coordination, and execution. The Maintenance Manager is also accountable for developing and implementing preventative and proactive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. International market development organization based in Washington, D.C. is recruiting a regional ethanol manager for Southeast Asia & Oceania (SEA&O). The individual in this position will work closely with the SEA&O director to plan, coordinate, and execute the Council’s ethanol programs in the region including, but not limited to, marketing, trade servicing, and government relations programs. The regional ethanol manager takes leadership in supervising Council programs in SEA&O as outlined in the Unified Export Strategy. In addition, the regional ethanol manager is responsible for traveling internationally to meet with buyers of U.S. feed grains, ethanol, and coproducts. The ethanol manager takes the lead in the ethanol focused programs, however, will be expected to understand and assist as needed with other council activities including the promotion of sorghum, barley and related feed grain products. Production Operator

The Production Operator is responsible testing and reporting plant operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity while supporting the Company’s policies, goals and objectives.  This position is scheduled in 12 hr. shifts. Weekends and holidays when scheduled.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   Operate all processes and equipment associated with the plant  Operate DCS (computer control system)  Follow procedures for plant start-up, shut down, cleaning and batching  Maintain accurate and efficient logs.  Analyze complied data and make adjustment(s) to optimize plant operation  Produce APIs and when appropriate intermediates in accordance with pre-approved instructions  Make sure all production deviations are reported and evaluated.  Make sure that production facilities are clean and when appropriate disinfected  Communicate effectively with all personal details of what has occurred and what is supposed to be done during the next shift including the instructions in the log book  Load out commodities  Load out tankers and railcars, sample and complete checklist items as per SOP requirements  Become a certified operator of rail mover, forklift, wheel loader, man lift, and skid loader  Communicate inventory and quality control to Production Supervisor and others as needed  Perform quality control test on product streams  Notify shift supervisor of any issues or concerns regarding plant operations, etc  Maintain plant facilities by practicing effective housekeeping procedures  Complete any and all tasks assigned by supervisor  Maintain a team environment with all other employees and departments while providing a high level of customer service and a friendly atmosphere  Promote Three Rivers Energy, in the community  Responsible for following food safety regulations and company policies is essential to ensure the integrity of our food-grade production processes.

Job Responsibilities: Maintains plant cleanliness and works in a safe manner at all times Ensures the efficient daily mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic operation of the plant and facilities Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines/equipment continues to run smoothly and building systems operate efficiently Ensure all necessary calibrations are performed and records kept as appropriate. Ensure premises and equipment are maintained and records kept as appropriate. Inspect drives, motors, belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following preventive maintenance checklists Troubleshoots problems with machinery to determine nature of problem, such as computer, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical problems or set‑up of the equipment using schematics/drawings/manuals. Assemble, install or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery, and equipment. Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery. Confers with technical support groups to solve computer-related and hydraulic-related problems. Helps to maintain the repair parts inventory Discuss any problems with Maintenance Manager and work with him/her on daily tasks.
