As a Process Operator at Central Indiana Ethanol, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art production facility. You must have the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights), the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, have a basic understanding of reading and understanding process diagrams, and the ability to wear required personal protective equipment for the duration of your shift. The Process Operator is responsible for monitoring and controlling the distillation process, conducting routine equipment inspections, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the production run.

High school diploma. GED and related experience and/or training. Proficiency with Microsoft applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated self-starter and high initiative Strong customer service orientation. Maintain a good attendance record and work ethic. Ability to problem solve and have high attention to detail.
