KMT manufactures ceramic random and structured packing media engineered for optimum performance in RTO’s. Manufactured in Canton, OH with state-of-the-art robots and fired through a custom Scami tunnel kiln, FLEXERAMIC® structured packing is designed to increase gas distribution, reduce pressure drop and maximize thermal efficiency in RTO’s, providing lower operating costs, less downtime, and longer packing life. FLEXILITH™ ceramic media, a monolith, and a newly developed FLEXERAMIC® product are also available. Both the FLEXERAMIC® structured packing and random packing, including LPD® ceramic saddles, are now stocked in volume at our Canton, OH facility.
