Three-quarters of registered voters support expanding the availability of the lower-cost E15 fuel blend and more than seven in 10 back federal legislation allowing its sale year-round, according to a survey conducted by Morning Consult for the RFA.
Monthly fuel tax data released by the Iowa Department of Revenue showed Iowa drivers purchased 47 million gallons of E15 in May, a new record up from 37 million gallons in April 2026.
