U.S. fuel ethanol production expanded by 1% the week ending June 6, reaching a record high 1.12 million barrels per day. The previous record was at 1.119 million barrels per day in November 2024. Stocks of fuel ethanol were down 3% the week ending June 6 and exports were up 1%, according to data released by the U.S. Energy Information Administration on June 11.&nbsp;The record-setting 1.12 million barrels per day of production reported for the week ending June 6 was up 15,000 barrels per day when compared to the 1.105 million barrels per day of production reported for the previous week. When compared to the same week of last year, production for the week ending June 6 was up 97,000 barrels per day.&nbsp;Weekly ending stocks of fuel ethanol fell to 23.734 million barrels the week ending June 6, down 706,000 barrels when compared to the 24.44 million barrels of stocks reported for the previous week. When compared to the same week of last year, stocks for the week ending June 6 were up 512,000 barrels.&nbsp;Exports of fuel ethanol averaged 151,000 barrels per day the week ending June 6, up 1,000 barrels per day when compared to the 150,000 barrels per day of exports reported for the previous week. When compared to the same week of last year, exports for the week ending June 6 were up 26,000 barrels per day. No imports of fuel ethanol were reported for the week ending June 6.&nbsp;
