The U.S. exported 115.94 million gallons of ethanol and 829,911 metric tons of distillers grains in November, according to data released by the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service on Jan. 9. Exports of both products were up when compared to the prior year.The 115.94 million gallons of ethanol exported in November was down slightly when compared to the 117.09 million gallons of exports reported for the previous month, but up significantly when compared to the 79.97 million gallons of exports reported for November 2022.The U.S. exported ethanol to more than three dozen countries in November. Canada was the top destination for U.S. ethanol exports during the month at 50.03 million gallons, followed by Colombia at 22.56 million gallons and India at 13.53 million gallons.&nbsp;The value of U.S. ethanol exports reached $323.11 million in November, up from both $299.62 million in October and $236.55 million in November 2022.&nbsp;Total U.S. ethanol exports for the first 11 months of 2023 reached 1.27 billion gallons at a value of $3.45 billion, compared to 1.24 billion gallons exported during the same period of 2022 at a value of $3.47 billion.&nbsp;The 829,911 metric tons of distillers grains exported in November was down when compared to the 896,708 metric tons exported in October, but up when compared to the 730,089 metric tons of exports reported for November 2022.&nbsp;The U.S. exported distillers grains to approximately 31 countries in November. Mexico was the top destination for U.S. distillers grains exports at 177,724 metric tons, followed by South Korea at 108,922 metric tons and Vietnam at 101,389 metric tons.&nbsp;The value of U.S. distillers grains exports fell to $229.08 million in November, down from $249.57 million the previous month and $239.7 million in November of the previous year.&nbsp;Total distillers grains exports for the first 11 months of 2023 reached 9.82 million metric tons at a value of $3.02 billion, compared to 10.1 million metric tons exported during the same period of 2022 at a value of $3.11 billion.Additional data is available on the USDA FAS&nbsp;<a href="https://apps.fas.usda.gov/Gats/default.aspx">website</a>.&nbsp;&nbsp;
