Growth Energy on Sept. 16 filed an amicus brief today in a case in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit challenging the U.S. EPA’s recently finalize tailpipe emissions rule.
Summit Next Gen LLC has closed on its site acquisition for the future development of its previously announced SAF production platform. The 60-acre site is located on the Houston Ship Channel in Texas.
The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has granted Gevo Inc. a patent for its ethanol to olefins (ETO) process. The patent protects the process of using certain proprietary catalyst combinations for converting ethanol into olefins.
Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, accepted Growth Energy’s 2024 “Fueling Growth Award” for his efforts to support biofuels producers. Grassley is a lifelong family farmer and senior member of the Agriculture and Finance Committees.
