Federal GHG reporting tool opens for business EPA's electronic tool for reporting GHG emissions, dubbed e-GRRT, is ready for use. Any stationary source emitting more than 25,000 tons per year of CO2 equivalent is required to report its emissions data, which includes most ethanol producers. READ MORE SHARE

UPDATED: Bionol wins $230 million arbitration case against Getty Bionol Clearfield LLC recently came out on top in an arbitration case with Getty Petroleum Marketing Inc. Clean Burn Fuels ethanol plant heads for auction block A foreclosure auction is scheduled to be held Aug. 24 for the 60 MMgy Clean Burn Fuels LLC corn-based ethanol plant in Raeford, N.C. The company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy earlier this year and later converted the filing to a Chapter 7. READ MORE SHARE
