Bunge to evaluate Brazil sugar, ethanol segment on poor earnings Bunge Ltd. reported disappointing earnings in its Brazilian sugar and ethanol holdings, although overall, the agribusiness firm reported third quarter earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) of $404 million on $14.7 billion in sales. NCERC celebrates 10 years, biofuel industry growth, development The National Corn-to-Ethanol Center opened its doors for tours, lunch and demonstrations during a recent open house celebration. Conestoga Energy agrees to use Enogen corn at second plant Trial testing of Enogen corn at Bonanza BioEnergy LLC has convinced Conestoga Energy Partners LLC to sign a second commercial agreement to use Syngenta's corn with enzymes built right into it at two of the three plants it manages and operates. Flint Hills to expand its use of Edeniq's Cellunator technology Edeniq Inc. has announced that Flint Hills Resources Renewables LLC will expand its use of Edeniq's Cellunator proprietary technology by installing Cellunators at two additional locations.
