Poet receives tax abatement for Ohio plant expansion In Ohio, the Marion County Commission has granted a tax abatement for Poet Biorefining’s ethanol plant expansion in Marion. Rex reports improved net sales, gross profit Rex American Resources Corp. recently released financial results for its fiscal 2017 first quarter, reporting net sales grew 12.9 percent and gross profit increased 48.3 percent during the three-month period, which ended April 30. READ MORE SHARE

Florida city fuels municipal fleet with E85 Protec Fuel Management LLC recently completed a project to enable the city of Hollywood, Florida, to run flex-fuel capable vehicles on cleaner-burning E85. Hollywood is the first municipality in south Florida to fuel its fleet with E85. READ MORE SHARE
