Brown signs bill approving E15 in Oregon


Oregon Gov. Kate Brown on June 23 signed a bill that clarifies the ability of retailers to sell E15. According to Growth Energy, Oregon has become the 48th state to approve sales of the fuel blend.

Nevada governor signs bill allowing E15


Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak on June 4 signed AB 411 into law. The bill allows sales of E15 within the state and requires the State Board of Agriculture to adopt rules governing sales of the fuel blend by July 2022.
