The Andersons reports strong Q4 for ethanol The Andersons Inc. released Q4 results on Feb. 15, reporting that its renewables segment achieved its best fourth quarter since 2013. The company, in part, credited improved ethanol margins and record corn oil prices. READ MORE SHARE
	ICM signs third high-protein technologies installation agreement ICM will begin construction on the latest Advanced Processing Package this summer. EPA seeks experts to peer review of third RFS triennial report The U.S. EPA is seeking nominations for scientific experts to serve on an external expert panel to peer review the agency’s third triennial report to congress on biofuels and the environment. New Mexico House fails to pass Clean Fuel Standard Act The New Mexico House of Representatives on Feb. 17 failed for the second consecutive year to pass legislation that aims to implement a state Clean Fuel Standard. This year’s bill, SB 14, is now dead. READ MORE SHARE

Minnesota’s ethanol industry bounced back in 2021 According to a new study from the University of Minnesota Extension, the state's ethanol industry produced 1.27 billion gallons of ethanol in 2021, 33 percent higher than 2020’s volume, resulting in over $6 billion in economic activity.
