Mid America Agri Products / Wheatland, LLC (MAAPW) is an ethanol producer that is currently seeking a dynamic Plant Manager in Madrid, Nebraska. This leadership position maintains a cost effective and safe facility while directing the short and long-term operations objectives of the facility. The position reports directly to the Plant General Manager. Responsibilities: • Supervise daily plant activities and employees, determining methods for employee work, scheduling, and conducting employee performance appraisals. • Monitor and maintain facility cleanliness, safety, and quality control. • Review and report operations and production data. • An integral team member in developing, planning, and executing the capital and expense budgets for the facility. • Ensure plant's activities comply with all governing laws and regulations. • Select, recommend, evaluate internal and external candidates for positions within the plant. • Collaboration with plant GM to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
