The U.S. Grains & BioProducts Council, with support from USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service through the Market Access Program, delivered a technical assistance program to one of Colombia’s leading dairy and feed companies.
U.S. fuel ethanol production expanded by 1% the week ending Aug. 7, according to data released by the U.S. Energy Information Administration on Aug. 12. Weekly ending stocks of fuel ethanol were also up 1% while exports fell by nearly 46%.
The U.S. Energy Information Administration increased its forecast for 2026 fuel ethanol production in its latest Short-Term Energy Outlook, released Aug. 11. The outlook for 2026 fuel ethanol exports also increased.
The U.S. Grains & BioProducts Council organized a trade mission for 10 poultry and swine nutritionists from Central America (CTA) and the Caribbean to visit key stakeholders in the grain utilization and logistics sectors in Minnesota.
