Editor Role Description

This is a full-time remote and/or in-office role for an Editor at BBI International. The Editor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of at least one assigned publication. They will assign stories and make decisions about what content gets published, from choosing which pitches to pursue to proofreading final drafts. The Editor will also manage a team of writers and work closely with designers, photographers, and other departments within BBI International​. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Help customers optimize enzyme/yeast performance through routine plant visits to perform process audits and lab analysis. Provide training and guidance to the customer for product selection and application optimization. Analyze process and lab data to make recommendations for improvement to the process. Develop tools or models to improve data analysis. Help develop and execute account plans. Assess business development opportunities from a commercial and technical perspective. Establish/maintain strong contacts both externally (at customer) and internally with sales, marketing, R&D.
